The inspection duration depends on different factors as the square footage, age and condition of the building, and services requested. We will give you an estimated time of completion.
No, you don't need to be present during the inspection. However we recommend to come at the end of the inspection to walk you through the main deficiencies you will find in the report and give you maintenance tips and advice.
We recommend conducting a termite inspection on buildings two to three years after construction completion to identify potential wood-destroying insects and assess existing conditions that may be conducive to infestations
You will receive the reports as soon as we finish them and that payment has been processed, usually within 24 hours.
No, however, the home inspector will check for signs of organic growth and, if necessary, recommend mold testing.
The home inspection fee is determined by factors such as property size, age, and foundation type, and optional services added (WDI, Sprinkler systems...). An additional fee may apply for properties located beyond a 30-mile radius of central Austin.
