The inspection duration depends on different factors as the square footage, age and condition of the building, and services requested. We will give you an estimated time of completion.
No, you don't need to be present during the inspection. However we recommend to come at the end of the inspection to walk you through the main deficiencies you will find in the report and give you maintenance tips and advice.
